Our Home Staging Services

This is our signature foundational consultation. Here, homeowners are provided with a comprehensive plan unique to their home that’s stress free and easy to start implementing. Our consultations are a room-to-room, walk-and-talk tour with our homeowners or agents, starting from the front yard, proceeding to the inside and then out the back door. Working with what the homeowners already have, we will discuss any additional items they made need, referring them to our other services. During our consultation, we will discuss any rooms to be painted, any updates, such as, lighting, flooring or cabinetry hardware. We look at the best possible furniture arrangements for the “money” rooms, items to be removed, items to pre-packed, and any needed repairs. At the end of our consultation, homeowners or agents are given a “Top 10 Priority List.”

Available after your initial Pre-Listing Consultation. You’ve completed your plan of action list, and now you need staging assistance for Photo Day! Working with what the homeowners have, we will gladly come to your home, prep, stage, paying attention to all the details ensuring strong marketing photos. Staging elevates MLS photos on your listings attracting preferred buyers! Now you get to sit back, enjoy the fruit of your hard work and watch the offers coming in! Photo Prep is best performed the morning of or the day before the photos. Pricing available after the initial Pre-Listing Consultation.

Should you need additional accessories and/or small furniture, this service is right for you. Available after your initial Pre-Listing Consultation. You’ve completed your plan of action list, and now you need staging assistance using what you already have with additional accessories, beddings, art, and/or small pieces of furniture purchased from Staging + Design by Kay. We will gladly come to your home, deliver the goods and install. Leave all the attention to details to us ensuring strong marketing photos which will attract preferred buyers! Now you get to sit back, enjoy the fruit of your hard work and watch the offers coming in! Staging Enhancement is best performed the morning of or the day before the photos. Please allow at least 3 hours for installation, depending on square footage.
