OCCUPIED STAGING CONSULTATIONS
We offer a full introductory Consultation providing homeowners with a comprehensive plan unique for your home that’s stress free and easy to implement. If you should need additional help along the way, we are happy to return. We are here for you! See our other services listed.
Starts at $275 for up to 2 Hours.
Additional Consultation time $150/hr.
COLOR CONSULTATIONS
We know that choosing paint colors can be a daunting task! We make it easier for viewing paint colors in the comfort of your home with our large painted sample boards. With an expansive understanding of undertones, our color expert can find just the right paint colors for you!
Starts at $150/hr. (1 hour min)
OCCUPIED PHOTO PREP
Available after your initial consultation. You’ve completed your plan of action list, and now you need staging assistance for Photo Day! We will gladly come to your home, prep, and pay attention to all the details ensuring strong marketing photos. Stronger marketing photos will attract more buyers! That makes Homeowners and Agents happy! Now you get to sit back, enjoy the fruit of your hard work and watch the offers coming in! Photo Prep is best performed the morning of or the day before the photos.
Starts at $150 – $200/hr
